Joshua Strudwick was born and raised in South Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL and then continued his studies in Tallahassee, FL at Florida State University College of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Strudwick’s love for the courtroom blossomed when he competed nationally with the Mock Trial Team and tried handful of jury trials during an internship with the State Attorney’s Office.
Following law school, Mr. Strudwick began his career in commercial litigation and gained invaluable experience trying cases on behalf of the top 5 financial institutions. Presently, Mr. Strudwick focuses his practice on defending insurance carriers in first-party, third-party, and liability claims. Mr. Strudwick handles all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation, including but not limited to, appraisal, examination under oath, notices of intent, civil remedy notices, and bad faith. He has successfully advised insurers as to coverage disputes and litigated hundreds of breach of contract and declaratory judgment suits involving windstorm, water, fire, mold, theft, misrepresentation, and fraud.
Mr. Strudwick is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts. Mr. Strudwick is a partner at the Bolin Law Group. When he isn’t practicing, Mr. Strudwick spends his time with his family, coaching youth basketball, and watching the Miami Heat, UCF Knights, and Florida State Seminoles.
