Anita Bittner


Anita Bittner was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. Ms. Bittner is bilingual in Polish and is a dual citizen of the United States and Poland. She graduated from Regent University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where she was a member of the Psi Chi International Psychology Honor Society. She obtained her law degree from Rutgers University in 2015, where she served as a Publication Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review and represented Rutgers in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in New York City. During her time at Rutgers, Ms. Bittner interned for the Honorable Joseph Irenas in the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Bittner completed a one-year judicial clerkship as a clerk for the Honorable Anthony M. Pugliese, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Civil Division, where she gained invaluable experience by assisting in various courtroom proceedings by reviewing legal submissions, completing legal research and attending trials and hearings as directed by the Court. Upon completing her clerkship, Ms. Bittner served as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where she pursued civil penalties against insurance fraudsters pursuant to the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act and prosecuted enforcement actions against public adjusters for violations of the Public Adjuster Act.

Since relocating to Florida, Ms. Bittner has concentrated her practice on the area of first party insurance defense with a focus on insurance fraud and inflated claims. Ms. Bittner assists her clients in pre-suit investigations by conducting examinations under oath and defends insurers in all stages of litigation with extensive experience in conducting depositions and arguing motions.

Ms. Bittner is licensed to practice in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
