David E. Weber is an experienced civil litigation attorney and a founding Partner of the Bolin Law Group. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
David’s practice focuses on matters involving construction, commercial, business, and insurance litigation, premises and general liability defense, and professional malpractice defense. He has extensive experience in matters involving complex multi-party litigation, and routinely represents developers, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers in matters involving construction defects, product failures, breach of contract, and payment disputes. David’s practice also includes the representation of insurance carriers in connection with insurance coverage disputes and related litigation, as well as the representation of businesses involved in the financial services industry.
In addition to his litigation practice, David also serves in a general counsel capacity for a select number of businesses operating in the construction, real estate, and hospitality industries. In this capacity, he drafts, negotiates, and reviews contracts; provides strategic and risk management advice; provides advice and counsel in matters involving employment, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements; and efficiently resolves payment, restrictive covenant, and contract disputes through negotiation or litigation.
