Haley Nadeau is an associate attorney at Bolin Law Group. She has experience with complex construction litigation, premises liability, and business litigation matters. Ms. Nadeau assists in representing developers, contractors, and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters, including construction defect claims, contract disputes, and liability matters. As part of Bolin Law Group, she works closely with clients and attorneys to evaluate claims, conduct discovery, prepare pleadings and motions, develop litigation strategies, and assist with mediation and other dispute resolution efforts.
Originally from Naples, Florida, Ms. Nadeau earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2018. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2024. During law school, she clerked with several respected law firms, gaining valuable experience in community association law, regulatory compliance, and civil litigation. Her prior experience included legal research, drafting discovery requests and responses, preparing legal correspondence, and assisting attorneys with litigation strategy and mediation preparation.
Ms. Nadeau is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.
When she is not in the office, Ms. Nadeau enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her favorite New England sports teams.
